Come alone or with your mother or daughter/son

We will gather to reflect, give gratitude to the women in our lives and set intentions but you will also be bathed in the sumptuous healing vibrations of gongs, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, drums, flute, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.

After that, over a comforting cuppa, you will silently transition into a period of time of reflection to see what the sound bath has unearthed within you through journalling and drawing/mark-making.
