November 2025

Hi everyone,

I wonder how you are feeling today? I am hoping you are all now slowly adjusting and accepting this new colder, more inward facing period in the year. Right now, I am lucky enough to be sitting in my cosy warm but very messy office. listening to a piece of wonderful music as I write, by

Max Richter from his 'Sleep' album - 'Dream 1 before the wind blows it all away'.

My friend and studio landlady, Anna Crabtree, kindly recommended it to me and so I am passing on the love by sharing it with you. It's gentle repetitive piano rhythm is so beautifully calming. Do give it a listen here

Please do send me recommendations as I am always keen to discover new uplifting or soothing sounds. This weeks newsletter will feature:

  • My monthly reflections

  • A piece of research about how sound helps

  • Upcoming events

  • Don't forget section with special offers etc

  • VOUCHERS FOR CHRISTMAS

Monthly Reflections

I will keep this short this month as I am aware you may not really have time to read my ramblings! You certainly didn't answer any of my questions last month! So, I have to assume you give these news letters a quick scan - but which section do you tend to jump to I ask myself mmmmm - again any feedback is always wonderful to receive - so tell me what you appreciate in

them and I will continue to offer that. Also- if you want access to past newsletters let me know - last month I wrote about going with the flow, Tinnitus and knowing what you need in times of stress. August was a lot about sound and sleep issues.

This month's win was that I was asked to make a sound bath recording for my niece's upcoming labor. To my surprise, I managed to make a recording using Garageband and even better they told me they loved the recording and it really helped. So will this be something I offer in the future to other pregnant women? I think so - bespoke pregnancy and labor recordings.

Little celebration - I hit 500 followers on my Instagram account this month - Woo hoo! :) but I would much rather you guys followed me!
