Do you sometimes find working alone in wellbeing challenging?

Connect & Inspire is a friendly, informal networking group for people working in wellbeing, complementary therapies and related fields.

Join me (Marisa Tighe from Hema Sounds ) and Ellie Nova, Sober Coaching in person IN LEWES, EAST SUSSEX to meet like-minded professionals, share ideas, make connections and support one another. Each month we'll have a different guest speaker, giving you the opportunity to learn something new and perhaps see your business or practice from a different perspective.

There will also be time to chat, connect and give yourself the same care and attention you so generously offer to others – whether that's a sound bath, meditation, yoga or another relaxing experience.

Cost? £30 taster session and then if you enjoy it, you will be invited to book a block of three sessions to use over 6 months

Whether you're just starting out or have been working in wellbeing for years, you're very welcome.

Book one session and then if you enjoy it buy a block of 3 to be used whenever you like over a 6 month period. Guest speakers get a free session.
